In some cases, schools voluntarily respond to our OCR complaints by providing a Resolution Agreement, confirming that the identified Title IX violation will be or has been corrected. While not every school provides this type of response, those that do offer valuable documentation demonstrating that the complaint resulted in meaningful corrective action and strengthened compliance with Title IX.

These examples show how institutions acknowledge identified Title IX violations, outline the corrective actions they agree to implement, and formally document their commitment to resolving the matter and achieving compliance with Title IX.
