Our comprehensive Database of Scholarship & Program Wins by State showcases the outcomes achieved through the Title IX Equal Protection Project, which was launched in 2017. Every case included in this database is the result of extensive research, beginning with a thorough review of school websites and followed by an independent quality review to verify each identified Title IX violation before a complaint is submitted to the Office for Civil Rights (OCR). The database highlights schools where OCR complaints resulted in meaningful resolutions, policy changes, or other corrective actions that strengthened equal opportunity and Title IX compliance. By making these outcomes publicly available, we demonstrate the measurable impact of our research and our ongoing commitment to advancing equal protection for all students.
